Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or if there’s an issue with the product, you have 15 days from the receipt of your order to request a refund or return the product.
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Condition: Ensure items are in new, unused condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Ship the item back using a traceable and insured shipping method.
- Inspection: Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refund processing may take a few days, and you will be notified once it’s completed.
Note: AS6 is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Please ensure that items are securely packed to prevent damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products returned beyond 15 days from receipt.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Special Order.”
- Used or installed items.
- Products with filled-out warranty cards, registered or serviced items, or items with claimed rebates.
How to Return a Product
- Request a Return: Email us at support@as6.co within 15 days of receipt to request a return.
- Return Authorization: Once approved, ship the item to our designated warehouse using a traceable and insured shipping method.
Avoiding Returns
To minimize returns:
- Verify compatibility and specifications for electrical appliances.
- Check dimensions for built-in appliances.
- Inspect large products for damages upon delivery.
- Measure doorways and spaces for large products to ensure a proper fit.
Shipping Information
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, even if the original shipping was free.
- Delivery Hours: Our standard delivery hours are 8 AM – 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
- Signature Required: An adult signature is required upon delivery. Inspect products for damages before accepting them.
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: Cancellations are free of charge.
- After Shipping: A return shipping fee of approximately $1.50 per pound will be charged.
- Special Orders: “Special Order” or “Final Sale” products cannot be canceled.
Product Images and Specifications
- Representation: Product images are for representation only. Verify specifications and features with our sales team or the manufacturer’s website for accurate details.
Freight Forwarding Policy
- Responsibility: AS6 is not responsible for damage or loss after the product has been accepted by you or a freight forwarder. If goods arrive damaged, refuse delivery and instruct your freight forwarder accordingly.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with export and import regulations. AS6 should not be listed on any export documents.
